Like I've said before, I am not so much into funky colors. I am actually quite conservative when it comes to applying makeup. I stick to neutral and understated shades. I don't know why. I used to wear vibrant hues, but somehow my preferences have changed. Perhaps I really am getting old.

Anyway, in case you want to try this look, it's very easy, as you all can see. Just do your usual natural makeup rituals.. (Don't know how? CLICK HERE.)

Skip step number 5 (the "line your upper lashes and stay as close to the lashes as possible" instruction).

After you have finished faking the natural look, line your upper lash line using liquid or gel eyeliner so that your eyes are perfectly emphasized. Dab gold eye shadow on the inner corner of your eye. Finally, line your lower lash line with gold eye shadow. Oh, and don't forget to apply mascara!

Curl your hair to complete the look.
