This look is elegant and sexy, naughty and nice. The lips will be striking, and the rest will be muted. Ideal for Morenas and Mestizas alike. As always, this look is almost effortless. Even makeup newbies can easily pull it off.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

1. moisturizer
2. lip balm
3. concealer
4. sheer foundation or mineral foundation
5. loose powder
6. pale peach blush
7. plum lipstick
8. ivory/beige eye shadow
9. false eyelashes
10. eyelash curler
11. mascara
12. dark liquid/gel and pencil eye liner
13. lip liner
14. lip brush


1. Moisturize your face. Apply lip balm. Wait for 10 minutes before applying cosmetics (to make sure that the moisturizer is absorbed well by the skin).


2. Apply concealer under the eyes, and on the blemishes. Blend well.


3. Follow it with sheer foundation or mineral foundation for that luminous effect. Set with loose powder.


4. Apply primer or foundation on the lids.


5. Sweep ivory or beige eye shadow across the lids. No need to add other colors. Leave the lids as nude as they can be.



6. Put false eye lashes above the real ones. Stay as close to the lash line as possible. Adjust the position using Q tip or toothpick.


7. Line your upper lashes using gel or liquid liner (mainly to fill in the gaps) because, unlike pencil, there is a small probability they would mess up the false eye lashes.


8. Line your lower lashes using gel or pencil liner. Curl your lashes and apply mascara.


9. Apply pale peach blush on the apples of the cheeks.


10. Line lips with dark red lip liner to avoid color bleeding, then fill the lips with plum lipstick.


11. Fill in eyebrows. Darker brows will make this look even more dramatic.

12. Wear your favorite perfume.

13. Go party!!! :-)
