I've been wanting to update my blog, but for some reason, I could not upload the pictures crucial for my supposed topic. So I'll just post something that doesn't necessarily require a series of photos. This entry is addressed to those who were asking me for rapid weight loss tips. I apologize for the delay. I was simply too busy lately.

I don't rely on slimming pills, creams, et cetera, whenever I want to shed a few pounds. Why bother when I can do it the natural way? All I need is a low calorie diet. This is very effective, safe and healthy. You don't have to skip particular food groups like what most diet fads usually dictate. Plus, it is guaranteed to make you lose weight FAST.

It is quite easy and realistic. Here's the list of what you have to do:

1. Set a reasonable target weight.
2. Count calories. How? Check my links list for the Calorie Counter.
3. Avoid foods that are high in sugar and fat.
4. Eat your food slowly. Savor every bite. That way, you will easily feel full.
5. Eat a balanced diet!


Here's a sample meal plan, and I hope this helps:


BREAKFAST
- a glass of lowfat milk OR coffee with lowfat milk. Substitute sugar with artificial sweetener.
- whole weat bread, 3 slices with jam OR a bowl of Kellogs Special K cornflakes with lowfat milk

SNACKS
-apple

LUNCH
- a serving of chicken (preferably grilled or steamed)
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 cup of sliced mixed fruits (or fruit cocktail) OR a small bowl of vegetable salad (skip the thousand island dressing if possible. just add a bit of Balsamic vinegar, light soy sauce, and pepper).

SNACKS
-banana

DINNER
- fish, grilled or steamed
-rice
OR
- pasta
- tomato sauce (plain)
- *** of course, don't forget a serving of fruits or a small bowl of vegetable salad (again, AVOID THE THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING!)

Follow this plan for a week, and you'll easily lose 4-6 lbs.

A: First of all, if you do not feel good about your body image anymore, MOTIVATE YOURSELF TO GET FIT.

1. Do it slowly. Substitute your usual food with something low in sugar and fat. From full cream milk to low fat milk, from cheese/butter to light cream cheese like Philadelphia Light, from Coke/Pepsi to Diet Coke or Pepsi Max, from regular jam to sugar free jam, etc...


2. Don't starve yourself. Just try to avoid deep fried stuff. Eat something boiled, grilled or steamed.


3. If you're not so much into working out, well, you do not have to start immediately. Give yourself a grace period of 3-4 weeks.During this time, follow this meal plan. This is quite effective.



4. Time to sweat it out a little. It doesn't have to be exhausting. Jog, cycle or brisk walk for 45 minutes to 1 hour three times a week.

5. Do not eat too much junk foods. I am not telling you to deprive yourself of pizza, fries, cakes, burgers, chocolates, and chips---Just do it in moderation. For example, if you had burger and fries for lunch on Monday, you should eat only healthy foods until Thursday. After that, you can indulge yourself in a slice or two of pizza on Friday, and eat healthy foods again on Saturday and Sunday. Got the picture? Make a Food Diary so that you can keep track of your calorie intake.
