Changi Awards Filipina "Service Personality of the Year" Print E-mail

A Filipino was among 20 airport staff commended for exemplary service by Transport Minister Raymond Lim at Changi Airport's Annual Airport Reception.  Ms. Sarah Jane Casama, a customer service officer at Changi Airport in Singapore, was awarded "Service Personality of the Year" for going above and beyond the call of duty in rendering assistance to a passenger who had missed his flight due to a medical condition.

 

Her clients have consistently commended Ms. Casama for her warm, approachable demeanor.

 

Philippine Ambassador to Singapore Minda Calaguian-Cruz extended her personal congratulations to Ms. Casama, whom she called "an outstanding example of a Filipino professional in Singapore".
